學術研究

歐陽德方博士具有藥劑學和計算機模擬的多科學背景和經驗。他於沈陽藥科大學藥物制劑專業獲學士學位(2000年)和碩士學位(2005年)。2010年在澳大利亞昆士蘭大學藥學院獲博士學位,博士期間獲學院優秀研究生獎和校長獎。2011年1月起在英國阿斯頓大學藥學系任藥劑學講師(PI)。2014年11月起加入澳門大學中華醫藥研究院。自2011年起,他在國際上先鋒性地將多尺度模擬、人工智能和大數據技術用於藥物處方研究—計算藥劑學。他目前有多項專利授權並應用於上市藥品。他於2014年7月主持2014國際控釋大會計算藥劑學分會(美國芝加哥)。主編的《計算藥劑學》一書於2015年6月由英國John Wiley & Sons Inc.出版。他已培養畢業2名博士和22名碩士。當前他的交叉學科團隊包括4名博士生和7名碩士生。

  • 藥物製劑多尺度模擬:將量化計算、分子動力學模擬、過程模擬和藥動學模擬相結合用於藥物製劑研究;
  • 藥物處方人工智能:構建藥物處方數據庫和機器學習的方法用於預測藥物處方;
  • 藥學信息學:對藥學文獻、專利、臨床數據和上市產品進行大數據分析。
