Hospitality Seminar Series
The Hospitality seminar mainly focuses on current topics on tourism, hotel and resorts, gaming, food service, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions), airline and cruise industry.
The seminar will be conducted in form of lectures, discussions, case analysis or industry experience sharing.
The aim of the seminar is to provide University students a better understanding on the Hospitality Industry of Macao in different perspectives.This seminar acts as a platform for students to analyze, discuss and exchange knowledgeable opinions and ideas through the interaction with professionals in the Hospitality industry.

In this section, Mr. Rudy Oretti, General Manager of Banyan Tree Macau, has given us a generation introduction to this exclusive resort.
The seminar has given students an opportunity to enhance the practical knowledge on the hospitality stream and understand the down-to-earth operation of an international integrated resort.
