The University of Macau (UM) Dance Troupe recently won four awards in the youth category of the Macau International Creative Dance Art Festival.

Lee Hau Yin, a third-year student from the Faculty of Business Administration and the Cheng Yu Tung College, won a third prize for his performance titled ‘Let’s Not Be Friends Anymore’. Li Site, a second-year student from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and Stanley Ho East Asia College; and Chu Heng-Hsuan, a fourth-year student from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Chao Kuang Piu College, won a third prize for their performance titled  ‘Shining Stars’. Another performance titled ‘Nearly Night’, choreographed by Dr Michael Li, chief instructor of the dance troupe, and presented by all members of the dance troupe, received the Best Choreography Award. Dr Michael Li received the Best Instructor Award.
