Parking lots from the University of Macau (UM), Institute for Tourism Studies, Public Administration building, Sports Bureau and public schools are open to public for free at 2 pm today (September 15) as a precautionary measure during typhoon Mangkhut. There are more than 1,200 parking spaces available for vehicles and motorcycles. UM’s Visitor Car Park 6 and Resident Car Park 7 with the capacity to accommodate around 200 and 600 light vehicles and motorcycles respectively are currently open to public.
