The British Consulate-General in Hong Kong entrusted this scheme to the British Council, Hong Kong. The scholarship applicants will be assessed in terms of their aspirations, confidence, independence and other outstanding qualities. Andrena were grateful to her teachers for their cultivation and assistance in applying for the scholarship, without which she could never have made it.
