The Portuguese Department of the University of Macau (UM) is going to, respectively, hold two seminars on 31 October and 1 November at 18:00 at the Auditorium II of UM International Library. The topics of the seminars are “Narration and Catastrophe: the earthquake of 1755” and “The Story of Manuel da Fonseca”, and will be delivered by Prof. Helena Buescu of the University of Lisbon, Portugal. The two seminars will be conducted in Portuguese. All are welcome.
