The University of Macau has more than 400 administrative staff and over 400 academic staff. Following the principle of continuous improvement, the University keeps on fostering staff's team spirit to enhance teaching and administrative quality. The University has invited numerous external councilors to give a series of seminars and workshops on academic quality, opening up training and discussion opportunities for all academic staff as well as administrative staff concerned.

With the commitment to constantly promote the idea of a "Healthy Campus", the University takes environmental factors as well as the staff's health into consideration. We have the Sports Complex equipped with the most advanced facilities to encourage staff to do more exercises. Our e-purse service has been extended to the Library Café and the Registry counter, providing greater convenience to staff when making small cash payments.
