研究興趣

我們的主要研究興趣在於基於超分子自組裝的分子製劑:利用瓜環,環糊精,柱芳烴,杯芳烴等大環分子與天然或合成藥物活性分子間的超分子相互作用,重在探索大環分子對降低藥物分子毒副作用及最終增強藥物療效方面的益處,這種探索主要通過研究大環分子在抑制藥物分子的生物毒性,改善藥物分子的溶解性,提高藥物分子的穩定性,以及增加藥物分子細胞間活性等方面來實現。我們與國內外眾多著名高校和研究院所的多個課題組和研究團隊建立了長期深入合作,其中包括澳大的多位同事,以及海外的來自加拿大,法國,美國,香港,以及中國內地的合作者。

我們旨在利用分子組裝的方法製備新型的具有應激機制的藥物載體材料,比如負載有高濃度中藥或合成活性成份的介入材料或智能釋藥材料,並將其用來治療癌症,腸炎以及動脈血管瘤等方面的疾病。這些材料包括天然多醣和大環分子。我們與本地區及國內外的著名專業臨床醫生緊密合作,以將我們製備的介入藥物置於真正臨床應用為研究目標。

在與國內知名高校四川大學放射化學研究團隊合作的基礎上,我們的研究興趣還在於:控制放射性元素(如阿爾法粒子) 對草藥及生態環境的污染。我們一方面將設計並製備可以將金屬污染物從草藥及其生長土壤中分離出來的材料,另一方面我們還將篩選多種植物修復策略来有助於更好的去除草藥生長土壤中的有害金屬及放射性元素,從而使草藥生長在無重金屬和放射性污染物的環境中。同樣的,我們也致力於通過放射性標記的手段把中藥天然產物引入到核醫學領域中,研究並開發有成像和治療前景的新型藥物。

王瑞兵博士具有有機化學,超分子化學/材料,放射性藥物以及醫療產品開發等多學科背景和經驗。王博士在加拿大女皇大學(Queen’s University)攻讀博士期間開創了利用瓜環大分子對藥物分子的超分子包裹和組裝以增加藥物水溶性,穩定性以及生物利用度。其博士研究的成就獲得加拿大總督獎章提名(Governor General Gold Medal Nominee)並榮獲女皇大學優秀研究論文獎勵。隨後他在加拿大科學院(National Research Council Canada)作為副研究員主持新型納米發光材料的開發以及在生物成像上的應用。之後他被邀請到BTG擔任高級研究員(Senior Scientist)成功主持和參與了多項放射性药物以及介入药物的產品開發項目,並指導NSERC博士後以及多名Technicians201410月起王博士加入澳門大學中華醫藥研究院,同時兼任《中華醫藥》(Chinese Medicine, SCI indexed)的編輯部副主任。王博士目前的研究興趣包括超分子藥劑學和超分子藥學,以及基於超分子概念的生物材料的設計與應用。王博士至今已發表了SCI論文八十余篇,被累計引用超過1300次,H-index of 20 (Google Scholar)
