學術研究

 

陳美婉博士多年來致力於生物材料與納米醫學的研究,集中在抗腫瘤靶向藥物傳遞系統。通過設計和合成智能化可降解生物材料,構建新型脂質體和聚合物膠束等多功能納米藥物,解決抗癌藥物水溶性差、代謝快、選擇性差和易耐藥性等問題,同時還發展納米技術在中西藥聯合治療中的應用,以期實現更有效的癌癥治療。

 

作為課題負責人承擔了國家自然科學基金、澳門科學技術發展基金、澳門大學基金、廣東省科技計劃項目-省國際合作項目、中國科學院納米生物效應與安全性重點實驗室開放課題基金、北京大學天然藥物及仿生藥物國家重點實驗室開放課題基金等10余項研究項目。2010年至今,發表第一作者或通訊作者SCI論文80余篇,成果發表於ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials, Biomaterials, Journal of Controlled Release, Molecular PharmaceuticsPharmaceutical Research等藥劑學和生物材料領域的國際權威期刊。獲第一/二界澳門特別行政區自然科學二等獎(2012/2014)。指導和共同指導博碩士和博士後10余名,榮獲1項第九屆中國青少年科技創新獎、5項澳門研究生科技研發獎和20余項海內外會議獎勵等。
