Terms of Refererence
   

To plan and promote academic research and related activities;
To supervise implementation of development plans in the research areas;
To recommend panels of specialists to assess research projects;
To endorse the funding of the research projects;
To provide internal review and/or recommend external assessment;
To promote research publications and trademark/patent applications;
To take executive decisions and advise on annual budgets.
