UM to hold inter-varsity Portuguese speech contest on Thursday

The University of Macau (UM) Department of Portuguese will hold the 16^th Portuguese Speech Contest on Thursday 15 November.

Organised annually by the Department of Portuguese, the contest aims to provide a platform for Portuguese majors from local tertiary institutions to showcase their language skills. UM, Macao Polytechnic Institute, the Macau University of Science and Technology and the University of Saint Joseph will send their best students to participate in the contest.
