The new leadership of the University of Macau (UM) Postgraduate Association, led by UM Dean of Students Paul Pang and Special Advisor on Student Development Grace Chau, recently visited the Secretariat for Social Affairs and Culture. The delegation was warmly received by Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture Tam Chon Weng and Advisor of the Secretary Office Ho Lai Chun. Tam encouraged the students to study hard and grasp the opportunities created by the Greater Bay Area initiative. The president of the Postgraduate Association introduced the key members of the leadership while the chairman of the association shared the association’s plan to organise the first youth summit for postgraduates in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in 2018 as well as a forum for postgraduate students in Macao.
