UM, Shanghai Library organise Macao’s first courses in competitive intelligence analysis and digital humanities

The University of Macau (UM) Library, the Shanghai Library, and UM’s Human Resources Section jointly held two first-of-its-kind courses in Macao, one in competitive intelligence analysis and the other in digital humanities. The four-day courses attracted more than 30 students and were taught by Tao Xiang, head of the intelligence department of the Shanghai Library; and Xia Cuijuan, a senior engineer and the head of the library’s digital humanities project.
