The University of Macau (UM) will hold a talk titled ‘Quantum Physics and Modern Information Technology’ on 3 November. The keynote speaker Xue Qikun is the vice president of Tsinghua University, a member of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the deputy director of the Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Education. During the talk, Xue will discuss the latest research findings in physics and the relationships among physics, information technology, and social development. All are welcome.
