RC delegation visits Beijing

A delegation from the University of Macau’s (UM) residential colleges, led by Prof Haydn Chen, vice rector (students affairs) of UM; Prof Chung Ling, master of UM’s Cheng Yu Tung College; and Prof Yip Ming Chuen, master of UM’s Lui Che Woo College, recently visited Tsinghua University and Peking University. During the visit, UM and the two universities reached a consensus on establishing student exchange programmes and a platform for students to gain global experience. The delegation also participated in an education forum. At the forum, Prof Haydn Chen gave a keynote speech on experiential residential learning offered by UM’s residential colleges.
