The University of Macau (UM), Peking University, Taiwan University, and the University of Hong Kong (HKU) recently co-organised a cross-strait Chinese summer camp on UM’s new campus. The camp was the first large-scale event under a collaboration agreement signed by the Chinese departments of the four universities. The event aims to promote academic exchange among these universities and establish a prestigious exchange programme for students pursuing a postgraduate degree in Chinese.
