A delegation from Chengchi University in Taiwan visited the University of Macau (UM) on 26 May and was warmly received by UM’s Vice Rector (Student Affairs) Prof. Haydn Chen and Cheng Yu Tung College (CYT College) Master Prof. Chung Ling. The delegation was headed by Chengchi University President Prof. Wu Se Hwa and Vice Rector Prof. Tsai Lien-Kong. They toured UM’s new campus and met with CYT College staff and students.
Towards the end of the visit, CYT College and Chengchi University signed a student exchange agreement to exchange five to ten students every year starting the 2014/2015 academic year. Both parties believe that participants in the programme will experience different cultures and broaden their horizons.
