On 24 November 2011 a delegation from the Buddhist Hung Sean Chau Memorial College visited the University of Macau (UM), in an attempt to learn more about higher education in Macao and to enhance cultural exchange between secondary schools in Hong Kong and tertiary institutions in Macao.

The 43-member delegation was warmly received by UM colleagues from Registry and student ambassadors. The delegation showed great interest in Macao’s academic system, admission rules and procedures for Hong Kong applicants, and on-campus accommodation, so in addition to updating the guests on the latest developments of UM and the basic information about the new campus, UM representatives also explained in detail UM’s admission requirements, bachelor programmes of various faculties, and residential colleges.
