ICTO has been appointed to manage the Survey Research Laboratory since April 2008. The lab is located at Room JLG214, Silver Jubilee Building and is opened to all UM staff to conduct research projects with the acknowledgement of Research Committee.

The lab equipped with Computer Assisted Telephone Interview System (CATI System) which integrates a questionnaire, databases, and a network of linked computers to allow the researcher for conducting telephone as well as web-based survey project.

ICTO will provide general hardware and software support for the laborartory.
