1. Fill in every page of this set of forms – a.) original study plan of your major program and b.) your own study plan taken and plan to take in coming year; c.) learning agreement; d.) course description forms. You need to layout your original study plan required by your program (Part A) so that your Faculty coordinator could have a clear idea of your plan of study.  After that, please fill in the second part (Part B) by putting the courses you have enrolled in the first semester of 3rd year, and those to be taken in the coming semesters.  You may have already considered doing some third-year second-semester courses in the 4th year for example.  And by switching some electives originally in the 4th year to be taken in the overseas semester.  Such lay out of the scenario allows yourself and your advisors to consider what courses to take in order to complete your degree requirements.

2. This set of forms will be used for your course-taking in your destination university, agreed by your own Faculty.

3. Please try your best to arrange the core courses to be taken in the semesters that you are at University of Macau, while sparing most of your elective courses to study overseas.  This will make your course enrolment easier.

4. When you fill in the Learning Agreement (Part C), please put the courses onto the left-hand column of this form, those appear the same in the 2nd semester of third year of PART B.  Then, by your own choice with priority from #1 to #3 of each set of courses on the right-hand side, list out those courses you are going to take overseas.  This would mean with every “set” (there are five sets here), you will take by priority five #1 courses, if the  #1 course cannot be enrolled, the #2 in the same set will substitute and so on.  This would mean if you want to take five courses, you will choose 15 in total so you will have each set 2 courses as back-up.

5. You will need to search the courses available online in the website of your destination university or read the prospectus available at the HC general office for reference, however the actual courses list will only be available at a later date (November).

6. You are responsible to collect the course information and course descriptions and put them onto the Destination University Course Description Form (Part D). Please note that one form is for each course, reproduce the form when necessary. So that you can present them to your Deptarment Head/Program Coordinator for checking the appropriateness of course contents, and obtain their approval.

7. Please obtain approvals from the Faculty Coordinator and Faculty Dean before submitting the set of forms to the Honours College.
