Admission and Application

Admission

Students who completed their 1st semester of their freshman year in academic year 2011/12 at University of Macau with at least a 3.30 cumulative GPA (Scale 15 for Faculty of Law students) and who are enrolled in full time for the 2nd semester of academic year 2011/12 will be invited to consider applying for the Honours College. Candidates will be assessed based on the academic and extracurricular documents submitted with the application, as well as responses to interview by a panel. Places for the Honours College are highly competitive. Candidates offered admission should demonstrate academic excellence, strong leadership potential, motivation and self-discipline, and a commitment to citizenship and social responsibility.

Ratio of quota between Macau resident and non-Macau resident follows the ratio of the current university undergraduate enrollment.

Please submit the complete application (Honorus Programme application form and necessary documents) to HC General Office at Room N205, 2nd floor, Choi Kai Yau Building, UM before the closing deadline.
