The Postgraduate Summer School and Research Conference 2012

The University of Macau, the Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIEd) and South China Normal University are collaborating to organize the Postgraduate Summer School and Research Conference, which will be held on 2nd June and 3rd June 2012. The venue for the first day conference will be at University of Macau whilst and the second day conference will be at HKIEd.

The Research Conference provides postgraduate students with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge on research methods. Postgraduate students from disciplines of Business, Social Science and Humanities, Education, Language and Linguistics and Science will present their research methods to experts from these areas.

The conference aims to provide a platform for postgraduate students to present, interact and exchange ideas with other postgraduates, as well as to receive feedback and comments from experts, so as to improve their knowledge on the design of their research projects. On top of that, one session will be held for providers of postgraduate education to interact, exchange ideas and discuss strategies for improving support to research students.
