Academic Achievement	Grant Allocation
Applicants successfully achieve at least two-thirds of full credit equivalence of Host University	Receive full amount of Grant
Applicants achieve at least one-third but less than two-thirds of full credit equivalence of Host University	Receive only 1st disbursement (50% of the amount of Grant)
Applicants fail to achieve one-third of full credit equivalence of Host University	Refund to the University full amount received
Withdrawal before / during exchange period	Refund to the University full amount received

Exceptional cases will be considered by the Outgoing Exchange Grant Committee on individual basis.
