Conferences and Board Meetings

Global Affairs Office organizes a wide range of events and activities in broadening the exposure of our students both in the international aspects and in vast area of our motherland.

To nurture our students with an international perspective and to deepen their understanding of their motherland, GAO brings the world to the campus by enriching our students with talks by distinguished diplomats, direct counselling, and cultural activities that sharpen their views to world and mainland affairs.

As a member to regional and international university associations and consortia (AUAP, UMAP, IAU, IAUP, CRUP, AULP, IAESTE A.s.b.l. and Eurasia Pacific Uninet), University of Macau not only actively attends board meetings, annual conferences, higher education summit and forums but also take the lead in hosting international meetings and conferences.

GAO assists the University in hosting international and regional meetings, conferences, symposium, and forum in providing a platform for local and international/non-local academics from different parts of the world to meet in University of Macau to discuss and explore areas of common academic interests.
