From 2001 to 2005, I re-designed and taught the course Managerial Computer Applications (for Quantitative Analysis) as part of a course on Information Technology and Computer Applications for Public Management. This course is catered to the professional needs of senior police inspectors, junior officers, and cadets at the Academy of Public Security Forces (Macao).
