The program has been officially approved by means of Dispatch no. 46/2006, of the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture, published in the Official Bulletin Series I, no. 25, of 19 June 2006.

General regulations of the University of Macau, and the regulations of the Postgraduate Programme of the Faculty of Law, shall apply to this programme, with the necessary amendments.
