  1. Applicants to the Postgraduate programme must hold a law degree or a degree in other disciplines.
  2. Applicants to the Master programme must hold a law degree. Those who have relevant professional experience and hold a non-law degree exceptionally may be admitted to the Master programme.
  3. Proof of English proficiency may be required (e.g., TOEFL score or other recognized English language knowledge test).
  4. Personal interview of applicants may be required.
  5. General admission requirements for other Postgraduate programmes at the Faculty of Law shall apply.
  6. Relevant Admission Regulations of the University shall apply.
  7. The medium of instruction is English.


    Remark:
    Applications normally should take place during the general period of the University of Macau, which for 2011/2012 is from November 2010 to January 2011 but late applications are allowed, up to the start of classes in September.
