Education,
He is also an active
resource person for the Catholic Church in Hong Kong since 1991: served as
research officer of the Catholic Institute for Religion and Society (1991 ¡V
1993), member of Research
and Development Committee, Diocesan Building and Development Commission, Hong
Kong Catholic Diocese (since 1996 to present), plus various research and
consultation projects for the Catholic Church.
