Transportation
Bus No.11 stops in front of the University Library (located behind the main campus) at the University of Macau.
Other busses (No. 21A, 22, 25, 26A, 28A, 30, 33, 35, MT1) stop near the New Century Hotel bus stop, which is below the main university campus.
(A free shuttle bus service between the New Century Hotel bus stop and the University bus stop is available Monday to Saturday (no service provided on Sundays or public holidays). It takes around 10 minutes to walk up the hill from the New Century Hotel bus stop to the University Library (located down the hill from the main campus).
Getting to Macau
By Air
The University is located on Taipa Island, a short taxi ride from Macau's International airport and the new Cotai ferry terminal. The university is 15-20 minutes by taxi from the Macau Ferry Terminal, 20 minutes from the Barrier Gate at GongBei in ZhuHai, P.R.C. and 10 minutes from the Cotai Border Post.

Transportation from the airport
- Taxis are air-conditioned and inexpensive. They are freely available at the taxi station outside the airport.
- The Airport bus (AP1) is also available outside the terminal.
By Sea
Ferry services to and from Hong Kong and Macau are available 24 hours a day. Ferries depart from Hong Kong Island or Kowloon and are operated by TurboJET/Cotai Strip CotaiJet and First Ferry companies.
From Hong Kong Island

Once in Macau, take a taxi directly from the Macau Ferry Terminal to the university library or bus No.28A to the New Century Hotel (downhill from the University of Macau) in Taipa.
By Land
There are two immigration points available, the Barrier Gate or the Cotai Frontier Post. The Barrier Gate operates from 7:00 a.m. to midnight.
The Cotai Frontier Post operates from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
If you are coming from the GongBei (ZhuHai) Barrier Gate, take bus No. 30 or travel by taxi to the University Library, University of Macau.
