The primary functions of the Centre for Continuing Education are to provide trainings and/or consultancy services for adults and enterprises to meet their immediate and future needs, and more importantly, to promote a culture of lifelong education with the aim of creating a better future for the community.

For incumbent teachers or non-teaching professionals with bachelor's degree, the medium of instruction will be Chinese.

After completion of the courses, students will have a deeper understanding of the operation of the gaming industry. In addition, students will be able to master the basic principles and skills of casino management, thus increasing their confidence in performing the job as a casino manager.

This programme is most suitable for employees who work in such industries as Tourism, Hotel, Restaurant, Conventions and Exhibitions and who possess bachelor's degree in non-hospitality-related areas or bachelor's degree in hospitality but would like to upgrade their knowledge through higher education within a relatively short period of time. This programme will help employees to grasp managerial knowledge and skills.
