INTRODUCTION
With the rapid expansion of the University
of Macau, the introduction of new academic programs, continuous
increase in students, academic staff as well as academic exchanges
and research activities, the Accounts Section has been proactively
contributing to the University in achieving its goals and
monitoring the budget execution in line with the requirements
of the University.
MISSION
The Accounts Section has been striving towards
the provision of efficient, cost-effective and professional
quality services to the University Community. Commitment to
excellence and quality performance is our primary objective.
In fulfilling our mission, the Accounts Section will:
- Enhance efficiency and transparency via implementation
of simplified procedures of reimbursements/payments and
related regulations;
- Minimize the duration of payment procedures;
- Strengthen and monitor all financial resources to achieve
a balanced budget;
- Create channels for suggestions and improvement of
quality services.
